Course Banner cut-off on Stepmania after completing?

When I beat Paranoia Brothers and took a screen shot, I noticed that the banner was cut off:

Is it supposed to be like this? It isn't my banner, because this is the only palce where it is cut off.

It happens during regular game play as well, during the score screen.

I think it's just that the layout that was created for the screen didn't leave enough room for the banners. The song selection banner layout leaves the correct amount.
