Blueshark Adapter Question

Hello everyone, I'm new here so I'm not sure if I'm doing anything wrong.

I just purchased a BlueShark 3" Pad w/ bar from MyMyBox. It is currently being shipped but I just found out I can't plug it directly into my computer apparently to play from ITGPC. Is that correct?

MMB told me I needed the "Super Dual Pro Box" which is $14.99 but shipping is $17.49!!! What a total rip off. Is there any other products that I could use to do the conversion instead of having to pay an insane amount of shipping fees from MMB? If so, could anyone please recommend the specific name/brand, etc of this product and where I could find it (hopefully locally). I am in Canada.

While we're talking about adapters, is there a good adapter available to use a Blue Shark on a GameCube? Since we know now that Hottest Party for Wii will use the GameCube connectors for the DDR pad.
