It has a couple (I think the actual number is 5), but given the choice, I'd probably get ITG for PC plus a converter for whatever dance pad you may have, if possible. Then grab the patch that WILL give you all the ITG2 songs. _________________

I actually got a chance to play ITG2 while in Orlando last weekend and I have to say it was pretty fun and I like the game and the music and the overall techno/electronic feel of the game and its songs. I was pretty indifferent about ITG before and usually underrated it in favor of DDR but I think I may have to change that reasoning. _________________

I've never played ITG, would you say it's better than DDR, not quite as good, or about the same? |

Ah, the good old debate.
I definitely prefer ITG over DDR; well, it's harder, first of all. You don't get too many 10+ footers in DDR, and they're all over the place in ITG.
Some people hate the music in ITG, I think it's fine, other people hate ITG for stealing Konami's idea...which, if I were to be fair, is true. They did steal Konami's idea to an extent, but ITG (I still think) is way cooler. _________________

On ITG, even the 7's are fairly difficult. _________________

I find it easyer to read the arrows in ITG as well
ITG music > DDR
ITG Graphics > DDR
ITG > DDR
ITG Stepcharts > DDR |

Its all personal preference on which is better. ITG and DDR both have good songs, however ITG stepcharts have greater difficulty for those seeking it. DDR doesn't really build you up for the 10's but ITG has a gradual increase in difficulty from 9 to 12's (generally at least) _________________

On That note, DDR 10's need their own difficulty... since comparing Sakura to Fascination Max is like comparing Freckles -light- with Rhythm and Police -Heavy-.
ITG's ratings are fairly more accurate, and everything makes sense. AAAing songs after being able to tri/quad star songs on ITG will be no problem. _________________

What are some good 7-8-9 Footers on ITG? On DDR i generally play with 1.5-2.0 Modifiers for everything under 200 BPM. Are the speed mods generally the same on ITG? _________________

The speed mods I use are generally higher on ITG vs. DDR. _________________

Yeah, you can probably go up into the 2-2.5 (<3 <3 <3 2.5) range for ITG.
As for songs, it's all personal preference, but some of my favorites (These are just songs that have any of 7, 8, 9 difficulties, without really regarding how hard they are in their individual ranges):
Land of the Rising Sun
Mellow
Cryosleep
Sweet World
Spacy Crazy Girl
Life of a Butterfly
Tell
Monolith
Bloodrush _________________

Well this may make you think otherwise! DDR charts are complete BS to me, they just dont make sense. I can pass most 12's in ITG yet i have yet to pass PSMO or Maxx Unlimited. The 10's and higher in ITG make more sense than the 10s in DDR and will build your stamina much better. If you ever find an ITG machine i urge you to play it and try some 10s _________________
