I tried it at the Title (Press Start) screen.
No Dice.

I tried it at the Dance/Marathon/Survival Screen.
Did have to do it twice, presumably because I accidentally leaned onto the wrong panel, or one just got triggered.

Believe me, if you put it in, you'll know.
Hardcore Symphony is delightfully loud in our arcade.
The bass is a bit much... however :X.
