With 12 footers? And having to play doubles to compensate for 8 rows of notes? The pain that would be One More Lovely Another, on 2 DDR pads? I think I'll pass...
I wish people would quit worrying about DDR. Konami made Dancing Stage Fusion, after all, so its still around and kicking, at least in Europe. If it dies, it dies, and there is still Stepmania, a PS2/Xbox->USB adaptor, and dance pads. So quit worrying.
Onto happier skies, I can't wait for this! I think a trip to TGA is in order for me. Wow, a road trip just to play the new IIDX.

Heaven forbid a DDR forum user might actually care about DDR? 
Stepmania and a couple of usb connected mats are no substitute for arcade play, likewise IIDX CS is just not the same as standing before a mighty IIDX arcade cabinet...
And as for Konami Europe and DS:Fusion? face it.... thats hardly where any DDR fan wanted the game to go.

Actually, I noticed that the new name for 7key (Hyper) is also a mode of Pop'n Music, its one of the difficulties after 9-Line Mode. I think they're trying to appeal to Pop'n fans in Japan.

DDR isn't going to run away, and KCEA apparently is still making PS2 mixes, so I'm not really concerned with the future of the game, or 400 song mixes, or anything. I've got 800 songs in Stepmania, don't play more than 50. Stepmania is probably the closest thing to a 400 song mix, but Konami may well make another US arcade release... Not to mention I'm over my "DDR is life" thing, so I just use the forums for a community thing. Lime, if you haven't noticed, I'm exactly the same here as on DDR:UK.

Yeah, IIDX is more fun when all the songs are literally in-your-face with the massive screen, and the sound is blowing your ears up and your brain shakes with the bass... Its completely different, but DDR can easily have an arcade experience emulated at home - for IIDX you'd need a bass stage, the speakers, a big widescreen TV, some ASCs, and a bunch of people intimidated by your m4d 5k1ll5

What, appeal to more people to insure the lifespan of the series? Sure, the songlist didn't exactly impress many people, but as long as it's going, it's going.
Anyways, its supposed to come out later this month, but I don't think its gonna happen...

Im just a tiny little heavy DDR player and im yet to be a tiny IIDX player! (Im nothin compared to the others at arcades but who gives a crap i know what IIDX is unlike most people)

| There is this place in Boca Raton, FL called The Nexus Experience and they are having there IIDX 10th style being delivered now...its on a boat lol...but when they get it they are planning to upgrade it to a 12th mix when its released cant wait till it gets here |

Its not a mix, it isn't even a style anymore.
Good luck, upgrading IIDX is now hard thanks to Windows and upgrade kits are preorder only.

QFE - they should have thought about getting a IIDX12 kit before they got a darned 10th - 10th runs on Windows anyway.
